We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Standard shipping typically arrives within approximately 7 business days from the time your order is processed. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times may be extended during high-volume periods, including the holiday season (such as Christmas) and early summer months.
For customers who prefer faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping for an additional $10. Expedited orders typically arrive within 3 business days, but may take up to 5 business days depending on weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. Expedited shipping speeds are also estimates and are not guaranteed.
Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe after purchase. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. We are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery due to events outside our control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or carrier service interruptions.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
